Quality Tenants

We are so confident that we will place quality tenants in your apartment, we back it up. If a tenant leaves unjustifiably, we will re-rent your apartment for free. How can we be so confident?

1. We do credit and reference checks before we submit the lease

We check everything out before we bother you. We will never ask you to take a property off the market unless we are sure the tenant will be great.

2. We are landlords too

We know what your problems are first hand. When we make judgements on applicants, we do it from a landlords perspective.

3. We do not push questionable tenants

Many of our competitors make promises to tenants: "We'll get you approved." We only make promises to you, the landlord. We promise to do our utmost to find you quality renters. We base our business off our long-term relationships with landlords. It's why we are successful.
